These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the site platahoyar.com, owned by Platahoyar Analytics S.R.L. (hereinafter, «Platahoyar»). Use of the site implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any of its points, please do not use the Platform.
1. Description of the service
Platahoyar is a platform of an analytical and informative nature. Its purpose is to organize public information, open data and reference content in a clear, organized and understandable way. The Platform does not provide professional, financial, accounting, legal or tax advice, nor does it make personalized recommendations. It does not promise returns, economic results, profits or any other specific benefit.
2. Scope of the information
The content is general in nature and is prepared from sources that we consider reliable at the time of publication. However, Platahoyar does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or permanent updating of the information. Any decision you make must be based on your own analysis and, where appropriate, on consultation with professionals licensed in Argentina.
3. Permitted use

When completing the form, you declare that the information supplied is truthful, accurate and up to date. You are responsible for the information you share. Platahoyar will process such data in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the site and with Law No. 25.326.

The design of the site, texts, graphics, logos, icons, data collections and other elements are the property of Platahoyar or its licensors and are protected by Law No. 11.723 on Intellectual Property and by applicable international treaties. Their use without express authorization is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Platahoyar shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential damages or loss of profit arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, from the accuracy of the content, or from decisions made by the user based on the information available. It is you who decides how to use the material and who assumes responsibility for its consequences.
7. Links to third-party sites
The site may include links to third-party pages for reference purposes. Platahoyar does not control or endorse their content or policies, and therefore assumes no responsibility for them. We recommend that you read the terms and privacy policies of each site before using them.
8. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will publish the updated version with its date of effect and, when changes are substantial, we will inform by means of a visible notice on the site. Subsequent use implies acceptance of the new version.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute arising from their interpretation or performance, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts based in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other forum or jurisdiction that may correspond.
