At Platahoyar Analytics S.R.L. (hereinafter, «Platahoyar», «we» or «the Platform»), we recognize the importance of handling your personal data with transparency. This document describes what information we collect, for what purpose, how long we retain it and what your rights are as a data subject, in accordance with Argentine National Law No. 25.326 on Protection of Personal Data and its regulations.
1. Data controller
Controller: Platahoyar Analytics S.R.L., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71824056-7, with registered address at Av. Corrientes 1174, 6th Floor, Office B, C1043AAZ, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. 2. Data we collect
We collect only the data required to process your request: full name, email address and the content of the message you decide to include in the form. Additionally, and only if you grant your consent through the cookie banner, we may record aggregated technical information about the use of the site (pages visited, device, session duration) by means of tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads under Consent Mode v2.
3. Purposes
We use your data to: (i) respond to your query and organize the information requested; (ii) contact you through the channels provided with complementary information related to your request; (iii) measure in an aggregated way the performance of the site and improve its usability; and (iv) comply with legal obligations or requirements of competent authorities in the Argentine Republic.
4. Legal basis
The processing is based on your free, express and informed consent when completing the form and accepting this Privacy Policy. For non-essential cookies, the legal basis is the consent granted through the banner. In certain cases, processing may be based on the legitimate interest of maintaining the security of the site or on compliance with legal obligations.
5. Retention
We keep the data linked to your request for a maximum period of twenty-four (24) months counted from the last useful contact, unless there is a legal duty to retain them for a longer period. After that period, the information is deleted from our active systems and, where appropriate, blocked before its final elimination.
6. Recipients
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with technology providers acting as data processors (for example, hosting services, transactional email or analytics tools) under strict confidentiality clauses and only to the extent strictly necessary to provide the service. When these providers are located outside Argentina, adequate safeguards will be implemented in accordance with Regulations 60-E/2016 and related provisions of the Agency for Access to Public Information.
7. Your rights
As a data subject, you may exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, updating and erasure regarding the information we process, as well as withdraw your consent. To do so, write to privacidad@platahoyar.com indicating the right you wish to exercise and attaching documentation that allows us to verify your identity. The Agency for Access to Public Information, headquartered at Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, 2nd Floor, CABA, is the competent supervisory body before which you may file claims.
8. Security measures
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information: TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, role-based access controls, audit logs, periodic backups and internal vulnerability assessments. No system is infallible, but we work with criteria of minimization, integrity and confidentiality.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal changes or improvements in our processes. When changes are significant, they will be communicated through a visible notice on the site before their entry into force. The applicable version is always the one published on this page.
